Meet and greet with a name sign and flight tracking at Marseille Provence Airport

Walking out of baggage claim and seeing your name on a sign: it’s the easiest way to start a stay in Marseille. Where your driver waits for you

By default, your driver waits at the Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 car park. If you ticked the free meet-and-greet option when booking, they stand in the arrivals hall of your terminal, right at the exit of baggage claim, holding a sign with your name (or your company’s name). No kiosk to look for, no queue at the taxi rank.

Flight tracking, step by step

1. When you book, you give us your flight number.
2. On the day, we track the plane in real time: if it is early or late, the pick-up time adjusts automatically.
3. Before landing, you receive a text message with your driver’s name and phone number.
4. At the exit, your driver greets you, helps with your suitcases and takes you to the vehicle, parked right next to the terminal.

Waiting caused by a delayed flight is never charged, and up to 1 hour of waiting after landing is included in the fixed price.

Families and travellers with lots of luggage

Pushchairs, suitcases, tired children: your driver handles the luggage and the Van seats up to 8 passengers. Baby seat or booster seat on request, €5.

Business travellers and guests

Welcoming a client, a speaker or a team? The name sign, a free option, can show your company’s name. We handle several arrivals on the same day, with a driver for each flight and, if you wish, a sign for each.

International visitors

Our drivers speak French and English. As the price is fixed when you book, there is no haggling and no unpleasant surprise on arrival.

What if you can’t find your driver?

Call the number you received by text, or our 24/7 line on +33 6 32 76 58 47 (WhatsApp +33 7 74 95 34 77). Your driver will guide you to them. It rarely happens: with the name-sign option, the sign is held facing the passenger exit; without it, your driver waits at the Terminal 1 or 2 car park.
