GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE – GO TRANSFERT

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF SERVICE

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between KD DRIVING 8 rue de la république 13001 Marseille , France,  and any client booking a chauffeur-driven transport service via the www.gotransfert.com website or any other means of communication. Booking a service implies the client’s full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

ARTICLE 2 – BOOKING PROCEDURES

All orders must be placed at least 2 hours before the pickup time to be guaranteed. A booking is considered firm only after a written confirmation has been sent by Go Transfert. The price of the service is fixed in advance and includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, insurance, and VAT.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for the service is made either through the secure online payment system or directly on board the vehicle to the chauffeur by credit card or in cash. For professional accounts and companies, payment by bank transfer can be arranged upon prior agreement.

ARTICLE 4 – WAITING TIME AND DELAYS

For transfers from airports, a free waiting time of 60 minutes is granted starting from the actual arrival time of the flight. For train stations, this free waiting time is limited to 20 minutes. If these courtesy periods are exceeded, additional fees per 15 minute increment may be charged to the client. If the client does not show up after 1 hour of waiting without notification, the chauffeur will be released and 100% of the fare will be charged.

ARTICLE 5 – CANCELLATION AND TRIP MODIFICATION

Cancellation of a booking is free of charge if it occurs more than 24 hours before the start of the mission. For cancellations made between 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment, a penalty of 50% of the total amount will be applied. If the cancellation takes place less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, the full amount of the fare will be required.

ARTICLE 6 – ON-BOARD RULES AND DAMAGES

The interior of the vehicles is strictly non-smoking, and the consumption of food or alcoholic beverages requires the chauffeur’s prior consent. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by their fault or the fault of the persons accompanying them. Any restoration or deep cleaning following damage will be fully billed to the client.

ARTICLE 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KD DRIVING is committed to doing its utmost to ensure the punctuality of its services. However, the company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by exceptional circumstances such as road accidents, extreme weather conditions, unforeseen traffic jams, or protests. Transported items remain the responsibility of the passenger, and KD DRIVING cannot be held responsible for items forgotten on board.

ARTICLE 8 – DATA PROTECTION

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for processing transport services. KD DRIVING Tt undertakes to respect the confidentiality of this data in accordance with current personal data protection regulations (GDPR). Every user has a right of access and rectification upon simple request by email.
