Port call at the Old Port: the city on foot

The cruise terminal is about five kilometres from the Old Port, inside a port zone closed to pedestrians. A private driver takes you to Quai des Belges in minutes; from there, Le Panier, the Mucem and Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde are within reach.

The driver goes via Boulevard du Littoral and La Joliette. For the return, a fixed meeting point on the quay is agreed in advance.

Is Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde doable during the call?

Yes, by adding a stop. The basilica is a 10-minute drive from the Old Port.

The little tourist train up to Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde leaves from the Old Port quay: an easy way to see the city from above during a short call, before strolling through Le Panier, the oldest district, back towards the cathedral and the ship.
