Arriving at Parc Chanot
Fairs and congresses
Drop-off at the entrance of the congress centre or hall shown on your badge.
Exhibitors
Equipment, banners, samples: the 8-seat Van takes up to 8 bags. Mention the volume when booking.
Marseille Fair
During the Fair the area is very busy: allow extra time and book your return.
Parc Chanot from the airport: straight to the trade show
Parc Chanot in the 8th district hosts the Palais des Congrès, the Marseille International Fair and most of the city’s major trade shows. Exhibitors and business visitors often come straight from the airport with their luggage.
The driver takes the A7 and the tunnels under the centre and the Prado, or the L2 ring road depending on traffic. He drops you at the main entrance at Rond-Point du Prado or at the exhibitors’ entrance.
Can I return to the airport the same evening?
Yes. Book a fixed departure time with a margin: leaving the park is busy when shows close.
Exhibitors: arrive before opening
On set-up days, the Parc Chanot loading bays open early and exhibitors queue at the Boulevard Rabatau entrance. If you land on the first flight, the driver can drop you at the exhibitors’ gate with your banners, brochures or screen: give the hall number and the show name when booking. The Palais des Congrès and Palais des Événements are part of the park, but distances on foot are real with equipment.
Marseille International Fair
In late September and early October, the Fair draws hundreds of thousands of visitors and jams the Prado. For a business visitor flying in for the day, a morning drop and a scheduled late-afternoon return avoid full car parks. For international shows, we meet delegations at the airport with a sign bearing the company or pavilion name and run the daily hotel–park shuttle, with a single invoice for the week. Several hotels around the Prado and Périer are within walking distance of the park.
